About Covenant House

In 2000, Covenant House Georgia opened its doors to provide shelter and services to Atlanta’s homeless and runaway youth. More than 15,000 youth have received support from CHGA since 2000. Currently, more than 1,300 homeless and at-risk youth are served every year. The waiting list, at times, is dishearteningly long.  A variety of services assist our youth to self-sufficiency. The guiding principle is unconditional love and a door that’s open 24/7. We show everyone trust; you would expect the same.  All services are free of charge. No youth who comes to our door is ever turned away without loving help.  Covenant House Georgia is a full partner of Covenant House International, the largest privately funded agency in the United States providing shelter and services to homeless and at-risk youth.
