FEATURING: Sean Rosario, our chef in charge at the MBLC Cook-Off, will prepare his award-winning dishes for the last 3 years when we three-peated for victory! They include the flamethrower-seared scallops with gazpacho, brick-seared ribeye with chimichurri sauce over cauliflower puree, and our special black rice & rosewater pudding dessert!
BRING: Your swimsuit, and debriefing caps! We will go over the successes and not-so-much-successes from the Gala, so that we may continue to improve in the coming years!
