Since 2020, Georgia made history with the appointment of seven new Asian American women jurists to the Georgia Bench, including our first AAPI Georgia Supreme Court Justice. In the age of COVID, we are finally able to celebrate their accomplishments in person. Our newest AAPI women judges include:

• Justice Carla Wong McMillian, Supreme Court of Georgia
• Judge Nhan-Ai Simms, Gwinnett County Juvenile Court
• Judge Sandra Pak, Gwinnett County Probate Court
• Judge Mihae Park, Gwinnett County Recorders Court
• Judge Chong Kim, City of Doraville Municipal Court
• Judge Jenny Nguyen, City of Morrow Municipal Court
• Judge Neera Bahl, Director and Appellate Division Judge at Georgia State Board of Workers’ Compensation
