GAPABA's Community Service Committee joins forces with We Love Buford Highway! Join us for a heart-warming Community Service Event to distribute fresh, healthy produce and staples to families in need in the Buford Highway community. There will be Holiday festivities, music & food! 

• We need 16 volunteers to help organize, package, and distribute food to needy families. 
• KIDS 13 yrs AND UP are welcome. If you intend to bring children < 18, please email their names & ages at least 1 week before the event to Alina Lee alina@youradattorney.com
• Volunteers will gather at the Center for Pan Asian Community Services. The distribution will be held OUTDOORS. Volunteering with We Love Buford Hwy "at own risk policy."
• Lunch (banh mi's and Chick-Fil-A sandwiches) will be provided!

We Love Buford Highway is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization committed to preserving the multicultural identity of Atlanta's Buford Highway, the epicenter of an evolving South, where immigrant communities thrive for generations. WLBH launched the project "Feeding Families of Buford Highway" in early 2020 during the pandemic, when food insecurity hit hundreds of families. Many immigrant families on Buford Highway are essential workers, and COVID caused many breadwinners to lose their jobs. Communities were also marginalized because of lack of transportation and English fluency. The organization has committed to feeding 500 children and families with nutritious food every month.
