Join our high-energy Adult Bollywood & K-Pop Dance Class! The first hour is packed with fun choreography to get you moving. Stay for the second hour to mix & mingle with light snacks.
Dancing boosts cardiovascular health, improves balance, strengthens muscles, and enhances flexibility. It also supports mental and emotional well-being by reducing stress, elevating mood and fostering social connection.
