are proud to partner and present a virtual summer book club!
Join us this summer for a relaxed, engaging virtual book club! We're kicking off the summer with a June discussion centered around A Guardian and a Thief by Megha Majumdar—a compelling story set in Kolkota, India about a desperate mother trying to secure visas for her family's escape, and a young man whose theft of those documents threatens their survival.
Whether you’re a devoted reader or just looking for a reason to dive into something new, this is a space for thoughtful conversation and networking around books! Together, we’ll explore AANHPI centric stories and unravel their unique takeaways together. Come for the story, stay for the discussion, and make your summer reading a little more memorable with GAPABA & SABA-NA's Racial Justice Task Force!
Can't make this event? Look for Part 2 in July - where we'll be discussing Mongrel by Hanako Footman.
