About Misa's Session:
In this interactive workshop, participants will explore how the scarcity mindset, particularly prevalent in immigrant and Asian American communities, can unconsciously influence career decisions, leadership, and personal growth. Through reflection and practical strategies, attendees will learn how to recognize limiting patterns, shift toward an abundance mindset, and confidently invest in themselves and others. By embracing new ways of thinking, participants will be better equipped to break through professional ceilings and fully enjoy the success they have earned.
