STEP 1: REGISTRATION  

• Proceed to GAPABA Events Calendar & Registration 
• Select an event you wish to register as individual or sponsor
• Log-in with your email address previously setup in GAPABA website database
• • If new to GAPABA or your 'email log-in' is not found in our database, the email address you input may be added to our database and you will be prompted to set up new password 
  • If needed, click on 'Forgot Password', and instructions to reset password will be emailed 
• Select your registration type from several options (radio buttons) for both event-attendees and an event-sponsors
  
• Input your and your guests' information 
• • Review/update 'profile' if you are already a member or non-member in GAPABA contact database 
  • If you are registering for the first time, please complete a short 'profile' form 
  • If registering 'multiple guests' of individual or event-sponsor, only Title, First Name and Last Name is needed; you may input 'NA' in other 'required' fields
• INVOICE (Event Ticket) will be emailed by the website 
  
• • Invoice is confirmation of registration and serves as EVENT TICKET for each event-attendee, including a paid-guest of individual or a complementary-guest of event sponsor
  • Invoice will remain available for online viewing under your event registration

 STEP 2: PAYMENT  

• Make payment online or offline by mailing us a check for the amount due 
• •  Make check payable to "GAPABA" and mail it to the address provided below:

• RECEIPT will be emailed by the website (and another by Paypal, if you make payment online) when your online/offline payment is received and recorded in the system
